The pre-shoot set up was enormous, and the effort from the crew and editors huge - but nothing compares to the emotional message from these survivors. It is 'The Conversation' that all men and those who love them need to have. This is just a taste of the longer form 'Extended Conversation', which has a mixture or raw emotion and gallows humour that has helped these men find a way to push through this cancer.
